The box was packaged poorly…..it was only protected by a thin sleeve of foam……the box was not packaged in a box. It arrived in the standard gray thin plastic Amazon bag…..naturally it arrived damaged…..one corner was shaved off. Who in their right mind would package something like this?The next day I received a replacement. Box again wasn’t well protected….this time just in a brown lightly padded bag…..the box has a tiny nick in the side….but I’m willing to live with it,The box is sturdy, nice blue color and fits guest napkins.NapkinsThis is a very pretty holder, has little rubberized feet on the bottom to prevent scratching on wood tables.A nice contemporary designToo small for the napkins for what it cost.I loved the color was just to small for my napkins.My item was chipped the first time and the second time, the gold paint was scratched. I kept it but wouldn’t recommend it.There's nothing to dislike. It is very elegant.
