The Chelsea Open Towel ring by Ginger is pricey but it is very well made. The Chelsea line is elegant but there are other styles within the Ginger line. To me, it is worth the extra money to have a quality product that is also very attractive,I have installed many towel bars over the years. This Ginger series is solid brass with a good layer of polished chrome plating. The mounts are solid brass, screw into the wall, can be adjusted to level, and provide a post for the set screw. You can tighten the set screw without transferring any stress to the wall anchors. These are expensive, but I prefer to pay now instead of having to rebuild my wall later. Wish there were a well-designed and well-made line of toilet hardware at a lower price point, but I have not found one yet. Even the wall anchors and screws that are provided for mounting this Ginger set are good quality. I appreciate not having to make trip to the hardware store to replace the pot-metal screws and cheap anchors that come with the lesser quality hardware.Great high quality towel bar. Beautiful chrome.
