the golden color could be a little more vibrantLet me start by saying, please, PLEASE don’t purchase this thinking you can use adhesive! Simply put, drywall paper (let alone glossy paint) is not meant to hold the weight of wet towels! While YMMV and you might find success going that route, most of you will end up like the negative reviews. I know it’s enticing to think you don’t have to use drills and tools which can be intimidating for some, but it doesn’t need to be!Firstly, ditch the instructions. They are absolutely terrible!! The show you tracing the OUTSIDE of the towel rack supports and then trying to center your bracket within that circle. If you do this, you WILL see your pen/pencil mark! Please don’t do this! Rather, with the brackets screwed into the towel rack, measure the width from the center hole to center hole. Now, measure up from the floor on your wall 48” (approximate towel bar installation height). At your 48” mark on the wall, set a level on your mark horizontally. Once the bubble is level, make 2 marks that matched your center to center measurement. These marks are where you will drill your holes for your drywall anchors (assuming you aren’t on a stud). If you follow these tips, you’ll have a level towel rack without visible marks on your wall.At the end of the day, this only gets 3 stars. I purchased another set that I rated 5 stars for my other bathroom. The problem with this specific set is how far the bar is offset from the wall. I mean, it “works” for the double rack because you obviously need to hang two towels...but the other bar is the same distance off the wall and is just bulky and in the way. Is it for hand towels? If it is, it looks funny. Is it for a bath towel? If it is, the wet towel is too heave and actually makes the bar sag because of its poorly-designed construction!Ultimately for the price, I’m super disappointed. I would go with the standard set that seems to be constructed better (normal bar, towel ring, and wall hook).I didn't use the color is not the ture color they say it is I love the style but I can't use themReally nice bathroom set. Fit and finish is top quality and has some “weight” to it. No doubt this will last a long time. The only issue I have is the attachment hardware. The simple drywall anchors will not work very well especially for the single attachment towel bar and TP holder. What I did was use toggle bolts so that it sandwiches the dry wall in between for a super strong hold. You can get a box of 10 or so for just a few bucks at your local Lowe’s or Home Depot. All in all a great set for not a lot of money and way cheaper than buying from a big box store. I’d buy again.Nice finish, however, I am very disappointed with this set, the hand towel bar is too long and protruding and the bath towel bar is not 24 inches as listed, I ended up getting an actual 24 in bar from a different vendor.GreatOverall, I'm okay with this product. My only gripe is that the bar for the hand towel has a bad joint at the 90 deg. elbow. The joint is loose and there is no way to tighen it.12/28/19: Turns out that it can be tightened via a nut at the mounting location. Upgrading to 4 stars.Nice product Good Price A**Needed these for a quick spare bathroom reno.Needed two sets so I could get two 22" towel bars. Was not expecting Moen quality for sure, and I sure didn't get it. Absolutely laughable. Two sets are completely different. The short towel bar in one set is fully 2" deeper (from the wall) than the other. Some are held together with screws, some use nuts. Some are made of steel thinner than the disposable turkey roasting pan from Thanksgiving. They look ok but I am reluctant to hang a towel off them!We have really hit rock bottom here. I hope.Nice - well made, great finish and easy to installs. Set screw holds tight.Only gripe with this product is the hand towel bar sticks out wayyyy too far from the wall, it’s a bit comical and looks out of place. Decided not to put it up and will just utilize the second bar on the main towel rod instead.Installation is a joke the items keep loosening the screws are not sturdy it doesn't even hold a towel without loosening it is very unfortunate because it's a nice product.Installation is easy but the tiny screw design need to be improved. It just take too much time to screw them in.Toilet paper holder is designed for traditionally small rolls and does not fit jumbo roll
