I ordered 12 hand towels and washed them after receiving the packs. Two of the 10 had side stitching/finishing unravel and shred a bit. As a sewer, I see the stitching did not gather in width of the sides, therefore the material did not seal to the body. The inspection of the items should have caught this flaw. What is my remedy? Thank you for your attention to this matter. You get what ya pay for in this case. After the first wash this happened. I will stitch myself and keep them but the quality is not great at all.you might want yo pre wash them i washed them 2 times it was like they were falling apart i had some much lint and fabric all over the place. I dont think I've ever seen such a mess.string and fuzz balls every where .These towels are extra thick and absorbent for a good price. It looks like they should hold up after heavy use in my salon.Said to wash before use and I thought it meant the dye might run. So, since these were brown, I threw them in with a dark load. Big mistake, it wasn't the dye it was the lint. Brown fuzz covered everything and they had to be washed and dried again, a few things were just thrown away. So, 2nd wash...just as bad. The fuzz filled up the lint screen and was still all over stuff. Just don't buy them and they also aren't sewn well.Very nice.I washed them as soon as I received them, three os the hand towels came apart at the edges. The sewing was all bunched up and the edging came off of them. Very poor quality in the making of them.I would like to add that the material is nice and absorbent, thick and fluffy. It’s too bad the sewing was so poorly done. These towels are a nice size. They were a lot thicker than I expected and are very soft. We have been rotating them in our main bathroom ever since we got them and we love them.
