Can't beat the price - good product - will buy again if need toKeeps tilting. Even though it was installed in a sturdy manner.After the initial installation, it looks pretty good. However, after using it for a while, the arm started to going downward due to daily use (pulling down towel or toilet paper). The issue is definitely cause by the design where the internal ancho plate is round and the pin is not sharp enough to stick to the ancho plate.Toliet paper holder missing hardware.Sleek and clean look for a bathroomVery easy to isntal and looks great !They were very nice and a good price, however, we were unable to get them to secure to the wall so they didnt move up and down. The screw on the side to tighten it was as tight as possible and it still moved when you hung a towel or roll.
